Windows

When it comes to windows, there's no such thing as one-size-fits-all. In fact, most windows in replacement applications are custom made. Stock sizes are a thing of the past. Manufacturers are now making windows on demand with little to no added charge, even as precise as a 1/16" scale. There are also a wide variety of colors and features to match the individual needs and styles of each home, which is one of the many reasons we carry multiple brands.

Material Type

Windows are made in a wide variety of material types. The most common window materials for the mid-Atlantic climate zone are vinyl, fiberglass, and wood clad.

Vinyl

Premium vinyl windows offer strength and durability with max efficiency. They have fantastic warranties and are highly affordable compared to other material types.

Fiberglass

Fiberglass windows are extremely weather resistant, with very low expansion and contraction rates. They also offer the option of wood interiors, accommodating various interior styles.

Wood Clad

Wood windows are generally viewed to be the most beautiful material, while also offering cladding to protect the exterior from the elements. For historic accuracy, there's no better option.

Window Style

The most common window style in the Northeastern United States is the double hung. We install many more double hungs than any other window style. However, we also carry nearly every other style, including those shown below.
