  • What areas do you cover?

    We service all of Bucks, Montgomery, Hunterdon, and Mercer counties, and parts of Chester, Deleware, and Lehigh.

  • Are you licensed?

    Absolutely. We are licensed in PA and NJ. We also carry liability insurance in the amount of $1M/$3M.

  • Are your estimates free?

    They are free, informative, and zero pressure.

  • How much is your deposit amount?

    For most installed projects, we collect a very small deposit of 10%. That’s right. You get to hold all the leverage. Think about that!!! We order custom products for your home. You pay almost nothing until we are finished. How likely do you think we are to provide outstanding service? You can trust us to do exactly what we say and do it really well.

  • Do you offer financing?

    Currently we accept payment via cash, check, credit card, or ACH.

  • What Should I Do To Prepare For Installation?

    Unless you've purchased our removal service, we ask that all window treatments be down prior to our arrival on the day(s) of installation. We also need clear access to each opening. It's generally a good rule of thumb to make sure everything within a 4 foot radius is moved back or away. It's also a good idea to remove any wall hangings that share a wall with a window or door being replaced, as the vibrations created during demo can cause pictures or other objects to fall or crack.

  • Do you work in Philadelphia?

    We work in suburban areas of the city. If you have off-street parking for 2 trucks, we're interested in discussing your project.

  • Do you service existing windows or doors?

    We service materials we have previously installed. If we didn't install it, we're going to recommend replacement or refer you to a service provider.
